Lightroom Edits: Still Life

This is the first edit of this photo, and I increased the clarity to +17 and the vibrance to +50.

For this second edit, I did the same as above, but then used the white balance selector tool to select the peach necklace and it automatically made the temperature of the image to -66, and the tint to -29. This has given my photo a much more of a cool feel, as the image is a lot paler than the one above and its original.

In increased the exposure of the whole image to +0.12, giving the image a brighter feel, but it's not too over exposed. I then increased the highlights to +100, whites to +33, clarity to +10 and the saturation to +21. I decreased the shadows to -36 and the blacks to -5. I did this to get rid of some of the darkness that was under the necklace.

For this edit, I used the adjustment brush to increase the exposure of the background by 1.60. This means that the background isn't too white and it still has a bit of colour. I like the sharpness of this photo, as I increased the clarity to +20. I also increased the saturation to +10, adding more of a colour to the necklace itself. I also like the positioning of the object, as it is off centred. This makes the image more eye-catching.
